 Flemingdon Health Centre is a fully accredited, non-profit charitable community health centre (CHC) located in Toronto, Ontario serving our clients within a defined geographic area. Funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC) through the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network, we are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting primarily of residents and/or clients. This is one way the community has a say in identifying health needs and how to meet them. |
