Join our Registered Nurse Zobia for culturally-specific programming on coping with resettlement stress, mindfulness and mental health for South Asians.
This session is for individuals who are from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Tibet. Priority will be given to clients who have attended the South Asian Diabetes Prevention Program Spark Series.
