Virtual Cooking Program for Older Adults

This program will be a live cook-a-long program for older adults. As a participant, you are required to cook during this program in your own home.

Upon program completion, you will receive a gift card via Canada Post to cover the cost of groceries. Pease ensure to input your address in this form accurately.

To receive the gift card you MUST ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE in a minimum of 3 sessions.

This program includes a competition , where you will be asked to share photos of your dish each week. The winner will receive a prize at the end!

Priority will be given to new participants.
