Currently we are NOT offering Covid vaccines to the general public at our regular clinic.

Second Dose Covid Vaccine: FHC will be contacting eligible patients for their second dose when it becomes available. We ask clients to not call the clinic until end of June if they do not hear back from us before then.

We work in cooperation with Toronto Public Health, East Toronto Health Partners and North York Toronto Health Partners as they organize mass Covid vaccination clinics for our catchment areas including Thorncliffe Park, Flemingdon Park and Don Valley North communities.

The Thorncliffe Park Community Hub mass vaccination site - located at 45 Overlea Blvd - is now operational [View Video].

Providing Services to People with Disabilities

Flemingdon Health Centre (FHC) strives at all times to provide equal treatment and equitable benefits of services and programs in a manner that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities.

As of January 1, 2012, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) legally requires all organizations that provide goods or services either directly to the public or to other organizations in Ontario to provide accessible customer service to persons of all ability levels.

FHC is in compliance with the Accessible for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Customer Service, Information & Communications and Employment Standards.

We welcome feedback on the services that we provide so that we can ensure that we fully respect and promote the dignity and independence of people with disabilities.

If you wish to provide feedback please  contact us and let us know.
