They are places where community members come together to address social determinants of health like the environment, housing, employment and opportunities for learning.

Flemingdon Health Centre is a Registered Charity. Your donations help us to provide accessible programs and services that are responsive to the diverse needs of our community.

Community Grants Program

The Community Project Grant provides up to $1,000 in one-time funds to small community groups to carry out projects that will benefit newcomer parents served by Flemingdon Health Centre (O’Connor to Steeles; Victoria Park to Bayview)
