Currently we are NOT offering Covid vaccines to the general public at our regular clinic.

Second Dose Covid Vaccine: FHC will be contacting eligible patients for their second dose when it becomes available. We ask clients to not call the clinic until end of June if they do not hear back from us before then.

We work in cooperation with Toronto Public Health, East Toronto Health Partners and North York Toronto Health Partners as they organize mass Covid vaccination clinics for our catchment areas including Thorncliffe Park, Flemingdon Park and Don Valley North communities.

The Thorncliffe Park Community Hub mass vaccination site - located at 45 Overlea Blvd - is now operational [View Video].

Get involved to support our vision of Strong Healthy Communities

Strong Healthy Communities are places where individuals and families feel a sense of belonging to something bigger than themselves. They are places where community members come together to address social determinants of health like the environment, housing, employment and opportunities for learning.

Flemingdon Health Centre is a Registered Charity. Your donations help us to provide accessible programs and services that are responsive to the diverse needs of our community.

Community Grants Program

The Community Project Grant provides up to $1,000 in one-time funds to small community groups to carry out projects that will benefit the communities served by Flemingdon Health Centre (O’Connor to Steeles; Victoria Park to Bayview).

This year, we are prioritizing projects that support Black community members.

Deadline for applications: March 8, 2021

We foster an inclusive and diverse work environment. We champion accessibility, diversity and equal opportunity. We are committed to providing accommodations for applicants upon request at any stage of the recruitment process.
