East Toronto Health Partners

For more than 25 years, health and social services organizations in East Toronto have been working together to improve local health care for our 300,000 residents. Building on our long history of partnership, in 2017 we launched the East Toronto Health Partners (ETHP) – a network of healthcare and social services organizations that are working together to create an integrated system of care across our community.

In December 2019, Ontario’s Minister of Health named the ETHP as one of the first Ontario Health Teams.

We are incredibly proud to be working with patients, families and local residents to co-design the future of local health care. Together, we share a commitment to a health care system that works better for everyone.
