Health Access Thorncliffe Park (HATP) provides health and wellness services and connects people to other resources. HATP is co-led by FHC and TNO (The Neighbourhood Organization).
At HATP, we care about you as a whole person. Our team talks to you about all your needs. We explore your physical health, your emotional and social well-being and we connect you to any services or supports you may need. Our services are FREE and open to all residents living in the M4H postal code. Our services can be accessed without a health card and without a medical referral. Language and interpretation services are available as needed.

Individual, family and group mental health counselling, advocacy, case management and support to people of all ages.
Programs and workshops that address the specific needs of the neighborhood and enhance the well-being of the community.
Making seamless connections and referrals to services including income support, settlement, housing, employment and language instruction.
Holistic care to support the health of the whole family, from healthy child and youth development to supports for seniors.
