HINC are at our Access Clinics and work with you to connect you with primary care and other social services. They can help with referrals address all of your health and social service needs.

Referrals to other health and social services for equity focused neighborhoods in East Toronto (if your postal code starts with M3C, M4H, M4C, M4B, M1L)
