Health Access Thorncliffe Park (HATP) provides health and wellness services and connects people to other resources.
At HATP, we care about you as a whole person. Our team talks to you about all your needs. We explore your physical health, your emotional and social well-being and we connect you to any services or supports you may need.
Our services are FREE and open to all residents living in the M4H postal code.
Our services can be accessed without a health card and without a medical referral.
Language and interpretation services are available as needed.
