Student Placement

Flemingdon Health Centre has a long-standing tradition as a teaching centre that began in 1972.

We are affiliated with the University of Toronto through the Department of Family and Community Medicine. We also receive students from the University of Western Ontario, McMaster University, Ryerson University, The Michener Institute and a variety of community colleges.

Many of our student placements for MSW, and MD programs are coordinated through schools we work with.

We are sometimes able to accept students of health promotion, health administration studies, social work (BSW through Intake) and RD and RN students (Diabetes Prevention). If any of these apply to you, please fill out the application form below and we will be in touch.
