Integrated Mental Health Services (IMHS) - Flemingdon Health Centre

Ontario Health is highly committed to ensuring that Ontarians have access to comprehensive and connected mental health and addictions support. As a testament to that promise, OH – Toronto has funded an innovative partnership between Flemingdon Health Centre (FHC) and The Neighbourhood Organization (TNO) called the Integrated Mental Health Services – a new community mental health initiative which aims to provide more access to appropriate, co-ordinated and effective mental health service in the Flemingdon Park and Thorncliffe Park neighborhoods and surrounding areas.

Eligibility:

Living in Flemingdon Park or Thorncliffe Park Community
NOT seeing a Family Doctor at Flemingdon Health Centre (FHC) or Health Access Thorncliffe Park (HATP)
OHIP coverage is NOT required
