As outlined in our by-laws, applicants for Flemgindon Health Centre membership must be:
Applications from individuals who do not satisfy these conditions may be considered on an exception basis by the Board of Directors. All membership applications must be approved by FHC’s Board of Directors and only thereafter will membership become active.
There is NO FEE to become a member of the Centre. Membership is valid from January 1st to December 31st of each year, and reapplication is required afterwards. New applications or renewals of membership can also be done at the AGM. A renewal membership notice and application form will be sent out to members who were absent at the AGM, at least one month prior to the expiration date. Individuals who apply for or renew their membership at the AGM do not need to reapply until the following year.
