Currently we are NOT offering Covid vaccines to the general public at our regular clinic.

Second Dose Covid Vaccine: FHC will be contacting eligible patients for their second dose when it becomes available. We ask clients to not call the clinic until end of June if they do not hear back from us before then.

We work in cooperation with Toronto Public Health, East Toronto Health Partners and North York Toronto Health Partners as they organize mass Covid vaccination clinics for our catchment areas including Thorncliffe Park, Flemingdon Park and Don Valley North communities.

The Thorncliffe Park Community Hub mass vaccination site - located at 45 Overlea Blvd - is now operational [View Video].

FHC is committed to working closely with our community agencies and our partners – from government to funders to businesses – to ensure children, youth and families have timely and barrier-free access to the supports they need in their community. Our partnerships support our services and programs and the communities we serve.
