Flemingdon Health Centre is a Registered Charity. Your donations help us to provide accessible programs and services that are responsive to the diverse needs of our community. We offer our clients:

• primary health care, including access to physicians and nurses
• individual and family counselling, referrals and facilitation of support groups through our social workers
• nutrition counselling for individuals and groups through our dietitians, and a variety of healthy cooking and exercise programs
• foot care provided by our chiropodists
• support programs and initiatives for seniors, women, youth and newcomers, offered by our Health Promotion team
• our Don Mills Diabetes Education Program addresses issues of prevention and management of diabetes
• our South Asian Diabetes Prevention Program is a screening program for diabetes
• our Resource Access offers community residents free access to computers, printers, fax and photocopiers and also houses a small library of health-related resources
