Hosted by the Gateway Bike Hub, all youth are welcome to join sessions to learn the ABCs of their bike, tune ups, mechanics, security, upcycling, and riding (weather dependent). WANT A FREE BIKE? Attend 4/5 sessions to be provided with a bike for your enjoyment! Sign up with your friends 🙂

Flemingdon Health Centre Social Work will be running a virtual 6-week Mindfulness Meditation program for community members.
We will meet Thursdays 4 Feb to 11 March, from 12:00 – 1:00
Mousatafa Abdelrahman will be running the program. Mousatafa is a therapist who has worked with adults of various ages, ethnicities, races, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Moustafa has extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and is proficient in both English and Arabic.
Mindfulness is the practice of moment to moment non-judgmental awareness of life experiences.
We aim to provide a safe, supportive space that allows participants to learn practices that they can draw on to manage stress.
