If you are from one of the South Asian countries and you do not have diabetes, this program is for you:

• Come learn why South Asians may be at higher risk of developing diabetes and get your risk for developing diabetes assessed.
• Meet others and engage in various activities and conversations.
• Set realistic goals and learn how to prevent Diabetes.

Join our Registered Dietitian Ana to learn how to read and understand the nutrition labels and choose healthy food choices at the grocery store. Receive a bag of groceries after completing the workshop as well as valuable handouts and healthy recipes!
