Accessibility

At FHC we are responsive to the diverse needs of our community and are constantly striving to make our services more accessible. A number of our staff come from a variety of cultures and are fluent in several different languages.  When required, interpretation services can be provided to our clients and program participants. Many of resources are also translated into various languages.

• chiropody (foot care)
• nutrition counselling
• cancer resource centre
• community programs
• diabetes prevention and management programs

Who We Serve

Our services are FREE and open to all residents living in our catchment area, which is bounded by Steeles Avenue to the north, Victoria Park Avenue to the east, O’Connor Drive to the south, and Laird Drive and Bayview Avenue to the west.

Our services can be accessed without a health card and without a medical referral.

Language and interpretation services are available as needed.
