If you are from one of the South Asian countries and you do not have diabetes, this program is for you! 

Come learn why South Asians may be at higher risk of developing diabetes and get your risk for developing diabetes assessed.

Meet others and engage in various activities and conversations.

Set realistic goals and learn how to prevent Diabetes.

Note. Language support is available upon request.

This program is designed for South Asian populations in Toronto not living with Type-2 Diabetes.

Every Wednesday for four weeks at 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm:

  • September 13: Diabetes Awareness
  • September 20: Healthy Eating
  • September 27: Stress Management
  • October 4: Physical Activity and Goal Setting
