Virtual Diabetes Management Session - Flemingdon Health Centre

Monthly Diabetes Management Group session which helps one to self manage their diabetes.

4 sessions about :

1. How to interpret your blood work.

2. Healthy eating and nutrition

3. Testing your blood sugar (a free meter will be sent to your home)

4. Physical Activity (by a Certified Fitness Instructor)
