Please note: We are improving our space at 10 Gateway Blvd. and construction is underway. We will remain open Monday to Friday with regular hours. All Saturday clinics will take place at HATP in the Thorncliffe Park Community Hub on the 2nd Floor at 45 Overlea Blvd.
FHC provides comprehensive health services, programs and support to improve the well-being of all in our communities by working together with individuals, families, communities and organizations. Our services and programs are FREE for clients living in our catchment area, which is bounded by Steeles Avenue to the north, Victoria Park Avenue to the east, O’Connor Drive to the south, and Laird Drive and Bayview Avenue to the west.
