Medical Care - Flemingdon Health Centre

Please note: We are improving our space at 10 Gateway Blvd. and construction is underway. We will remain open Monday to Friday with regular hours. All Saturday clinics will take place at HATP in the Thorncliffe Park Community Hub on the 2nd Floor at 45 Overlea Blvd.

We offer client-centred health care services by putting our clients at the centre of any planning and decision-making about their treatment.

Our team provides:

Medical care for adults and children
Immunizations and vaccination for adults and children
Medical care for frail and home-bound seniors
Medical care for uninsured clients
Referrals to external specialized programs
Chronic disease prevention and management
Mental health and addictions support
Prenatal classes, pregnancy care and postnatal care
